With multiple Gashapon Official Shop openings scheduled across Dallas–Fort Worth in 2025—including locations at North East Mall, Grapevine Mills, Firewheel Town Center, and The Parks Mall Arlington—the challenge was to design a coordinated regional campaign that generated excitement, ensured consistent turnout, and established Gashapon as a recognizable brand in the U.S. market.
