Play Interactive brought Japan’s iconic capsule toy experience to Dallas–Fort Worth through a vibrant multi-location launch that combined immersive retail design, influencer collaborations, and community engagement. Each store opening became a celebration of discovery and nostalgia, driving excitement, traffic, and brand awareness across the region while positioning Gashapon as a must-visit destination for anime fans.

We partnered with Bandai Card Games to design and execute a large-scale Digimon Alysion activation that united gameplay, retail, and fan engagement. Featuring the interactive Evolution Station and immersive booth design, the experience brought Digimon’s digital world to life—driving traffic, excitement, and brand impact throughout the event.

We managed staffing and on-site operations for two key Bandai Namco and REMOW activations at NYCC—Gashapon and Tougen Anki. From interactive gameplay demos to high-volume retail coordination, our teams ensured seamless execution, strong fan engagement, and consistent brand presentation across both experiences.

Anime NYC 2025 - One Piece Booth

We partnered with Bandai Card Games to create the official One Piece Card Game store and booth. Combining bold design, smooth logistics, and fan-first engagement, the space became a landmark destination—drawing crowds, fueling social buzz, and cementing One Piece as a convention highlight.

We staffed and managed four major activations—KAIJU NO. 8, N LITE, MANGA MIRAI, and Monsters We Make—deploying trained teams that delivered steady fan engagement, efficient booth operations, and memorable experiences that elevated each brand’s presence on the show floor.

Since 2023, we have hosted a dynamic lineup of tournaments and immersive brand activations, engaging thousands of players and helping our partners stand out at North America's largest tabletop gaming convention.

We designed and executed a showstopping booth to officially launch the Gundam Card Game in North America. This was strategically timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing—an iconic series that continues to resonate deeply with Western Gundam fans.
